Installation:
Instructions for use:
Clean up and dry the object surface before sticky.
Tear the protective film. Then stick the tape to the object surface.
Press the tape hard, to ensure the tape stuck firmly.
Note: Applying the tape on the facing water side.
Precautions for construction
1. Working temperature range should be 45ºC to 15ºC. (beyond this scope, the corresponding security measures should be taken)
2. The base surface must be cleaned and kept dry, free of water, dirt or oil.
3. According to the actual project needs to choose different types and sizes of butyl tape.
4. The butyl tape after construction shall not be torn or stripped within 24 hours.
5. Do not use with the waterproofing material contain the organic substances like benzene, toluene, methanol, ethylene, silicone, etc
Application Requirements
Different types and specifications of butyl tape are selected according to different waterproofing membranes, different construction methods, environmental temperature and humidity, etc.
Before application, the waterproof layer can be sealed and applied only after the quality of the previous project is qualified.
The application environment temperature needs to be 5ºC~45ºC, and corresponding measures should be taken when it exceeds the specified temperature range.
The surface of the base layer must be cleaned and kept dry and free from mud and oil.

- Steel structure roofing, light-material roofing, waterproof underlay overlapping, the overlap between the lighting boards, and the sealing, waterproofing, and damping of rain gutters.
2. Sealing and waterproofing of doors and windows, concrete roofs, and ventilation ducts.
3. Adhesive waterproof film for automobile doors and windows and sealing and shock absorption of car body and compartment.
4. Newly built roof waterproofing, underground waterproofing, waterproofing treatment of structural construction joints, lap joint sealing of polymer waterproofing membranes.
5. Waterproof sealing treatment of construction joints of subway tunnel structure in municipal engineering.
6. Suitable for bonding cement, wood, PC board roofing, PE, PVC, EPDM, and CPE materials.
7. Waterproofing and air-tight treatment of the joints, the closing parts and the special-shaped parts of the waterproofing project.
8. Single-sided tape is suitable for repairing leaking parts such as roofs, workshops, and carriages.
